- Hi, I am Hong Lian (the 3rd person in the picture). I am from Air Force School Training and Standards Branch. key driver for the school organisational journey (ISO, SQC, People Developer, Innovation Class). Key milestone - achieved integration of our excellence certifications into GLOBE or Global Excellence Model in 2007. We are the first Air Force Unit or the second formation for the whole SAF to integrate excellence certifications. Now, I am facing "mid life crisis", on the verge of changing job; going into training and standards, more specifically training the trainers in lesson delivery. So, in a way I am the newborn in the teaching line.
